The semi-permeable osmotic membrane comprises a plurality of layers wound onto a perforated mandrel disposed within the membrane, the contaminated water is forced under pressure to the surface of the membrane, wherein water molecules pass through the microscopic pores of the membrane, the contaminants are separated and discarded to drain. Suitable for all osmosis systems RO3, RO4, RO5, RO6, RO7, RO8 with standard housing membrane 12 inches. Ideal for food applications and aquarium.
