Q:Hello! do you print OEM books?

A: We only do OEM printing job, but we can help your do something adjustion if needed. 

Q:How can I get the samples?

A:We can make samples for you to quality check but there will be sample costs and express 

    charges. When you place the bulk order, we will refund you the amount.

Q:What's your lead time for an order?

A:  Usually, we need about 8-10 days for softcover book printing with quantity less than 

     10000pcs.and about 13-15 days for hardcover book less than 5000pcs (with complicate

     finishing)

Q:What format artwork do you use for printing?

A:We prefer PDF format with at least 300 DPI. other format such as Indd, PPT, JPG etc are also 

    fine for us.
