RoyalCorp  RIBBED V BELT is ideally suited for high speed, and or high drive ratio applications that conventional V-belts just can’t handle. It offers smooth, vibration-free performance in a single, compact drive belt. The grinded rib construction process used to build this kind Poly-Rib belts minimizes rib tolerance variation by forming ribs in a fixed mold cavity. The smaller cord diameter allows more cord per inch-width for high horsepower load capacity. They also utilize a special propietary building process that results in improved cover lap splices to assure vibration-free operation on your v-ribbed belt drive. Our Poly-Rib belt contains unique, rubber compounds that are highly resistant to oil, heat and abrasion for longer belt life. Finally, the belts have a special “truncated” rib which enhances the belt’s flexibility and resists cracking better than non-truncated v-ribbed belts.
