We have a QC Team with wide experience and proffesional knowledge. They will control the quality from the material to the production. They will fix a sample for production to keep the quality of the production. Take the soccerballs as an example
1.Check the leather, including the quantity, the thickness, the weight and the color;
2.Check the bladder, including the quantity, the air tightness, the weight and the material;
3.Check the cutting of the leather;
4.Check the printing
5.Check the stitching, including the shape and the stregth;
6.Check the weight, the roundness and the elesticity of the finishing soccerball;
7.Check the the air tightness of the finishing soccerball;
8.Check the package and quantity.
