What is Sublimation Rock Photo Slate?

It is made of polished Natural Metamorphic Rocks.

There is sublimation coating on the surface of the rock. The coating will absorb the sublimation ink vaporized from the inkjet transfer paper.

Then your photo/portrait/landscap/edesign could be printed in full color on the Rock Photo Slate.

 

 

How to make sublimation transfer on the Rock Photo Slate?

You can use either flat heat press machine or 3D Vacuum Sublimation Machine to do the printing.

Step 1: print out your image on inkjet transfer paper with sublimation ink by your Epson inkjet printer

Step 2: wrap the image facing in the sublimation rock photo slate.

Step 3: place the slate in a flat heat press or 3D vacumm sublimation machine, set the temperature and time.

Step 4: take out the slate when time is up. Finished!

 

 

 

Advantage of Sublimation technique.

 

- Images are permanent and do not peel or fade.

 - Dye does not build up on the fabric.

 - Colors can be extraordinarily brilliant due to the bonding of the dye to the transparent fibers of the synthetic fabric

 -Truly continuous tones can be achieved that are equivalent to photographs, without the use special techniques such as half-screen printing.

 - The image can be printed all over the entire item, with no difficulty in printing all the way to the edges.
