ZNP Series Disc type thickener for paper making from waste paper:

Used for washing and thickening the low consistency pulp in the paper pulp-making industry.

1.Disc thickener is mainly used to wash and thicken pulp in pulping and papermaking process.

2.Its working principle is to dewater by gravity through the level difference between pulp out

  of disc wire and white water in the disc.

3.The pulp at the consistency of 0.8~1.2% enters the vat and then is attached to disc sector.

4.The white water in the disc flows to the ends of hollow shaft through.guide slot and then

   discharge out.

5.Pulp attached on disc sector is knocked off by high pressure shower.
