Usually, our printing step for phone case is as follows:

 

1. Printing machine and material:

 

A. Printer: You can use Epson STYLUS PHOTO R230 or other similar.

 

B. Heat transfer machine:

 

C. Dye sublimation ink:

 

D. inkjet sublimation paper:

 

E. Phone case with sublimation aluminum sheet and back glue:

 

2. Now you can start to make the phone case as follows:

 

Step 1:  You need to print the image to transfer paper by printer.

 

Step 2/3: The transfer paper with image cover on the aluminum sheet.

 

Step 4: Turn on the machine; To set to 190°C, 45sec, then waiting for temperature rise to 190°C, 45sec.

 

Step 5: Put the aluminum sheet with image paper into the heat transfer machine. 

 

Step 6: Closed the machine, finished countdown 45sec.

 

Step 7: Turn off the machine, open the machine and take out the aluminum sheet.
