Function:

Tyre Buffer/Tyre buffing machine YLM is used to remove the worn tread surface, true up the roundness, and prepare the surface for a new tread or pre-cured tread.

Buffer YLM applies in both cold retreading/pre-cure retreading/pre-mold retreading and hot retreading/mold retreading for it is equipped with the side-grindings, which can grind the tyre shoulders or sidewalls freely.

1. This buffer is designed with profile template to ensure precise buffing (critical to buffing performance).
2. The profile template is replaceable according to different needs.
3. Semi-computer controlled, easy to operation, lessen physical effort involved.
4. The vertical rotation of grinding wheel strengthens the tread to casing bond and lengthens the grinding work life.
5. The grinding wheel is of high quality with professional material, more durable.
6. Dust collection opening is available on the machine.
7. Humanity design with control handle.

How it works:

Set and fix between the two rim chucks. (pushrod)

1. Inflation with about 1.5kg pressure.
2. Adjust to the proper position of grindings, profile template, and tyre.
3. Rotate and buff tyre according to different technical requirements.
