SHIPPING

1.When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee.We will send the items within 2 days once your payment is completed.

2.We only ship to the given address. pls make sure your name and address is correct or contact us for any changed address before place order.

3.We ship order by Airmail, EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS as you selected, We will choose another way instead if the shipping way you selected can't deliver goods to your country or region.

4.Import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, duties,  and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We ship all orders as "gift" or " synthetic hair" and deal lower value to avoid or minimize your import tax.

5.Normally,delivery day is within 20-35 working days, if you don't receive order on time within 45 days, pls contact us to help you track your order with courier. pls understand there is a little longer time because of bad weather, delayed by custom clearance. The shipping time during Holiday Season (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc) could be longer than usual time. Please add another 5-10 days as a delay.

6.Sometime Airmail may miss some postages, we will refund to the price of the item excluding the shipping fee when you can not get your item.
