Product Description

CT800C is mainly composed of monitor, host processor, printer and complete set of accessories. Working principle: sample is drawn by roller at a certain speed, and generates certain tension and twist through high-speed airflow. When it passes through capacitance testing slot, and qualitychanges (linear density) is transformed to corresponding electric signal. After being amplified, it is sent to signal adjust board for average adjustment and data collection. Computer gets data through system cable, and calculates real time CVm%, Um%, most quality deviation, and draws CV curve. After finishing each test, it calculates spectrogram, variance length curve, and linear density-frequency diagram. After finishing batch test, it calculates mean value, square deviation, CVb, and Q95%.
