Noted the following update technology:
1) FRP blade have been replaced by aluminum alloy blades, the advantages of such blades are as follows:
It is easier to start, work more stable, low noise, long service life.
2) the original permanent magnet motor has been changed to the dics coreless motor, this pmg has the following advantages: Low start torque Disc Coreless Magnet ac Generator low rpm; no need speed increaser; low speed high output voltage

 

 

1.The dics coreless generator: 

We use the high grade permanent magnet for generator.

Every pieces magnet will be test the  magnetic flux by the authority institution.

The low starting torqure is designed by our mechanical engineer but also assure the high generating effciency by improving the inner structure.

With scientific design and practised experience,the machine has stable and high efficiently.

 

 

 

 

2. Aluminum Alloy Blades:

This is Qingdao Richuan major breakthrough in such Vercial Axis wind turbine power system.

Our Aluminun Alloy blades is 100% virgin material, good wear resistance and customized.

That service life is the most longest than FRP blades.
