1. We only ship to the given address, Pls make sure your name and address is correct or contact for any changed address before place order.

2. We ship order by Airmail,EMS,DHL,UPS as you selected. Order will be posted by DHL or FEDEX usually item will arrive within 3-7 working days after being posted. You can choose free shipping by ePacket(),only to USA. Normally it takes 10-20 working days after being posted. We will choose another way instead if the shipping way you selected can’t deliver goods to your country or region.

3. Import taxes, custom fees, brokerage fees, duties, and charges are not include in the term price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We ship all orders as “gift” or “synthetic hair” and deal lower value to avoid or minimize your import tax.

4.Normally, delivery day is 10-20 working days, if you don’t receive order on time within 30 days, pls contact us to help you tract your order with courier. Pls understand there is a little longer time because of bad weather delayed by custom clearance. The shipping time during Holiday Season(Christmas, Chinese New Year etc) could be longer than usual time. Please add another 5-10 days as a delay.
