Machine characteristic:

1.The machine is designed as the standard of safe operation, high efficiency and energy saving, health.

2.Rapid cooling. It can cool cooked food of 100 ℃ to room temperature of 25 ℃ in 15 minutes(suitable for the high temperature products).

3.The cooling time of only 20 minutes can drop to 0 ℃, so that the cooling process can quickly skip the bacterial growth temperature of 20 ℃ -50 ℃. Extended products shelf life (suitable for the low temperature products)
