Usually this kinds production line is used to produce 6-10mm diameter wood or biomass pellets , and the capacity could up to 1.8ton/h for some special raw material . but usually the capacity is between 1-1.5ton/h based on different raterial , just like wood sawdust, rice husk, crop straw  and so on . 

1.Feeding raw material vertically and esy for heat dissipation

2.The ring die is fixed and the press roller rotating , so the raw materil is distributed uniformed

3.Could produce two kinds diameter pellets by using one die.

4.The lubrication system is separated to promise continuely working .

5. Ration of briquetting ould up to more than 98% .
