 1. are you factory directly supply?

yes, all of our products are shipped directly from our factory. 

2. do you make product according to customers design?

yes, customers design is accepted. you can provide us the desing drawing (CAD drawing is very helpful), or we can talk about the design. 

3. how long is the lead time?

usually within 7-15 natual days after the deposit is conformed.

4. how about the payment?

we accept paypel, T/T, west union, L/C, or other method.

5. how about the shippment?

by sea or by air, according to customers' demands and situation.

6. how should we install them?

we will send the install video with the products to our customers, it's not difficult.
