staple polyester felt/mat is one kind of base mat.  It's material is staple polyester fiber, using needle-punched method, through drying in high temperature and finalizing technics, has high quality, It is the basic mat for producing APP/SBS waterproof material, widely used for APP/SBS waterproof membrane.
