Fiber separator

After the rubber grinder, the nylon fiber will be grinded into fluff, with the centrifugal force, density difference, the fluff will be separated by the fiber separator. The spin fans inside the cyclone barrel driven by the motor throw the compounds to the wall, at this time, light fiber fluff will be upwards and fall down into the inside barrel, heavy rubber powder will fall down directly, so textile fiber will be separated.
