Hot feed extruder
is used for inner tube,tyre tread and other rubber product
Usually feed for Calender. The rubber extruder is mainly used to extrude semi-finished products of sectional of sectional shape, example: electrical wire, small-type rubber tube, inner tube of jinriksha, etc.

 

The machine is hot-feed and single screw extruder. The rotation speed could be changed. With the headpiece changing, we can give different filtering and rubber covering of press plate of semi-product for contant outline, so the machine has many uses.
