Used for surface polishing of granite and marble when the surface is curved or polygon

Diamond wet polishing pad:

 

Flexible polishing pad, which is intergrated grains with resinoid, supply a

better perfrmance in grinding stone with polishing effect to gt high gloss in

a short time. Compared with cnvetional polishing wheel, it is suitabl for the

grinding process of the curved or polygon surface.

Instruction for use:

 

1. Flexible polishing discs should be mounted on flexible rubber backer pad.

2. Operation speed: 600---1200rpm.

3. Refresh the cooling water adequately, preventing polishing discs or diamond

    sand from deteriorating, but little water for Buff pad.

4. Grinding pressure: 1---2kg/cm³

5. Grinding or polising sequence:

    A. (#50), #100, #200, #400, #800, #1500, (#3000), Buff pad

    B. (#60), #150, #300, #500, #1000, #2000, (#3000), Buff pad
