WARNING

1, Never continue to use your winch until the battery is completely run down.

 

2, Please keep your vehicle engine running to continually recharge the battery.

 

3, Keep hands, clothing, hair, and jewelry clear of the drum area and cable when winching, the distance should be greater than 150mm.

 

4, If cable dimension is reduced to φ4.5mm because it is worn and kinked or damaged, substitute it with φ4.8~φ5 aircraft wire rope.

 

5, When winching, do not rotate shifting gear handle (part#6) located on the rear of electric winch.

 

6, When cable hook approaches outlet hole, rotate speed is quite high for drum with on load, please retract the cable with stepping switch. Be sure to be careful or you may suffer injury.

 

7, After retracting the cable, make sure rotating part#6 to engage arrow. 

 

8, Ensure the continual operation time does not surpass 1.5minutes. When electric winch drum does not rotate, you must immediately shuts off the power source, otherwise can destroy the motor.

 

9, Not rated for use as a hoist.

 

10, The traction grade of slope is not more than 40°,right-angle obstacle height should be lee than 60mm of the vehicle wheel radius.

 

11, Please clean the wire, drum and winch timely, and paint lubricating grease onto the cable.
