                                                              Fluidized Bed Dryer 

 

The Fluid Bed Dryer offered by us is used for the drying of tablet mixture and also helps in granulation. It is high in performance and offers simple solution to dry products. The drying process using the dryer is not troublesome and inadequate as compared to conventional drying method. The dryer is used in many industries like chemical, polymer, food and mineral for the broad range of materials like granules, crystals, powders and pills. The range is also customized as per the specifications given by the client.

 

 Special Features :

 

• Single piece construction- without flange joints.

• Complete dryer have stainless steel construction with mirror polished   product contact surfaces.

• Edges of all the parts rounded off and only butt welding carried out (by argon arc process).

• Filters bag sealing arrangement by means of inflatable tube.

• Interlocking between filter bag sealing tube and blower motor, and exhaust butterfly valve.

• Product container lifting platform and air cylinder replaced by pneumatically operated gasket.

• Rapid change of filter bag.

• Built to suit GMP regulations
