1.  Genew Technologies EDT2302 is a specially designed dispatch terminal for NuCloud dispatch system.

2.  EDT2302 integrates the features of a standard dispatch system, wireless dispatch, video dispatch and staff-positioning all in the same platform.

    It represents the convergence of advanced technologies, easy-operation and cost-effectiveness.

3.  EDT2302 utilizes advanced software & hardware technologies, carrier-grade functionalities and fully integrated design concept to ensure high system reliability.

    It has a built-in 23-inch industrial touch panel with soft-keys on the display corresponding to specific functions.

Main Functions:

• Dispatch Management: Call Forwarding, On-hold, End a call, Monitoring, Operator Hang-Up,, Operator Disconnect, Operator Insert, Reply On Behalf . Group Answering (Conference call).
• Group Management: Conference Call, Group Call, Broadcast, Add-Up (only in conference call), Kick (only in conference call), Banned-to-talk/Release (only in conference call), Isolation/Release (only in conference call).
• Monitoring functions: User icons indicate the status of the user. Status includes: No Reservation, Not Available, Faulty, Banned-To-Talk, Free, Call-In, Call-Out, In-A-Call, 12 modes. When the user status is: Call-In, Call-Out and In-A-Call, the operator can monitor the called phone number.
• Calling and Answering: Common Dialing, Touch To Call (double click the icon), Call Answering. Multi Line Switchable.
• Management functions: System Management, Group Management, Account Management, Access Management.
• Recording: Provide multi-channel IP call recording. Functions include inquiry, monitoring, file saving and backup.
