To meet requirements of different transportation,there is 30%-50% power available when it was being out of factory because of the special chemical character of lithium-ion cell . If it wouldn’t be used for long time ,the power of the mainboard will consume to a lower voltage. For protecting the lithium-ion cell, the protective plate will stop to output power.Therefore,please charge the power supply before the first time using. Assure to charge it at least one time per 6 months when no need using for long time in order to protect the cell for keeping long servie life.
