Product Introduction
This series of models mainly used for heavy weight of the tile, bluestone, marble, granite, white marble, sandstone, such as a stone sculpture processing, category carved glass-cutting and engraving melting material.
Machine structure
1. The machine itself is made of welded square thick-walled steel. Bed through finite element analysis and design, offer a rigid and stable processing platform for the machine. And all parts of the bed before the bed has been processed to eliminate stress. 2. Working table adopt thickn-wall aluminum table, convenient and practical fixing the material. 3. X, Y-axis adopt precision gear and linear guide bilateral drive. The speed is faster, stronger cutting energy, better efficiency and cost savings. That can be cut for heavy material. The linear guide adopt the imported Taiwan PMI linear guide rail. 4. Z axis adopt linear guide and precision ball screw transmission. It also use imported TaiWan PMI brand. 5. The machine is working in high processing speed, high efficiency. The processing speed is up to 15 m /min, the maximum free loading speed is up to 20 m/min.
