The 3D/2D laser inner carver is a new type of laser process equipment of optical, mechanical and electronic integration. It uses pulse laser and generates nanometer level explosion points in the transparent crystal glass of different specifications and shapes. Because these points can form perfect patterns, graphs and texts in the crystal glass through computer control, the common transparent can be made into fine artworks.
Our series laser inner carver is suitable for glass decoration industry, crystal gifts industry, glass gifts industry, glass and resin glass marking industry, as well as reprocess of all glass bottles and other transparent materials.
The high speed scan laser inner carver uses 3D camera to take pictures of 3D portrait and forms points in the crystal through laser inner carving technology. Numerous points form a 3D image. This machine uses imported air cooling system. It can not only increase the carving speed significantly, but also carve characterized digital images because the light spots are small. The working breadth is increased to 220m. With high stability and convenient operation, it is suitable for large scale commodities trade, tourist sites and populous places, and can process personalized inner carving portrait products.
