Installation Guide
Step 1:Connect Antenna to the Wi-Fi Booster.
CAUTION: The Booster antenna interface canonly connect antenna, Don’t connectto any other wireless products in any case, otherwise it will result in equipment malfunction or damage.
Step 2:Connect Wireless AP/Router or Wireless Network Card to the Wi-Fi Booster.
Tips: Users can also use other shielded cables to connect, but the cable length should be as short as possible, preferably not exceeding 3m.
Step 3:Power up the Wi-Fi Booster.
At first, the color of the LED is green. When the data is being transmitted, the light will turn red.The more dense data transmission, the faster color change of the LED.
Step 4:Adjust the Antenna position and angle,make the Wi-Fi Booster receive the best signal
The adjustment method of the Downlink Gain :
Open the lid of this booster, You will see a Data-chosen-switch, Change the switch status will change the Downlink Gain.
CAUTION: 1. The default Downlink gain is 13dB, It is not the higher the better, You must ensure that the final transmit power must not be larger than 36dBm (4w).
2.The Downlink gain is too high may cause the booster not work correctly, The wireless link cannot be successfully connected, or even lead to the booster damage.
3.You need to reduce the Downlink gain when it's combined with a high-power AP/Router.
4.You need to increase the Downlink gain when it's combined with a low-power AP/Router.
The reference Downlink gain setting can be according to the following table:

Signal problem & installation technique supporting
1.If still weak signal receipt after installation, please check if outdoor antenna point to signal tower correctly or
elsewhere has stronger signal and confirm signal strength achieve-70DBM.
2.If still have no signal after installation, please check our device power adapter whether connected perfectly?
And connectors connect well.
3. If strength is not steady, please check if outdoor and indoor antenna is too close; please ensure outdoor
antenna has distance of 10 meters at least, with a barrier and not in a same horizontal line.
4. Packed the outdoor connector by waterproof glue, otherwise wet reduce the signal cover area.
