ANT-819 building construction material concrete protective agent is a super hydrophobic concrete protective agent, it can form a protective layer to prevent water from immersing concrete inside, to prevent from moisture, chemical medium such as chloride ion intruding, to withstand salt-fog, erosion of ultraviolet rays, to resist acid rain, erosion of thawy agent, consequently, it prevents from concrete iron corrosion and concrete carbonization, it provides coating material with excellent weather fastness and fluorocarbon to ensure the coating has more than 15 year’s service life, it’s applicable to the factory buildings to shields various kinds of pollution.

Applicable Scope    

It’s applicable to concrete beam, pillar, bridge, dam and so on.

The base layer requirements:   

The surface of base layer should be dry, smooth, no greasy dirt, dust, paraffin wax and concrete curing agent.

The mixing and coating technique

This product should be brushed by brush, roller brush or low-pressure airless sprayer, it should be sucked up fully by the base surface. In order to get the best effect, please brush continuously regarding to the low absorbent base surface, and brush twice for the high absorbent base surface(the brushing interval is 1 hour).Volume of usage:200 square meters per barrel by hand, and 160 square meters per barrel by machine.

Storage and packing:  

This product can be stored for 6 months under seal in cool and dry place. packing: 40 liters/barrel.
