ANT-903 plastered fireproofing cement mortar is one kind of fireproofing mortar. It takes small expanded and vitrified ball as light aggregate of the dry mixed mortar, it was premixed at the dry powder modifier to form a single inorganic dry mixture thermal insulation mortar, it’s easy to use, i,e, it can be mixed with water and stirred for site operation, or it can be plastered directly on the wall. It makes up for defects of traditional thermal insulation mortar which take polystyrene granule and expanded pearlstone as light aggregate, overcomes the expanded pearlstone’s deficiency of high water absorption, easy powdering, high shrinking capacity during stirring, reducing easily the insulation capability for later period of product, crack and hollowing.

Meanwhile, it makes up the defect of polystyrene granule in respect of flammability, engendering easily harmful gases under high temperature, easy aging, bad weatherability and big rebound resilience during construction.

Applicable Scope    

It’s specially applicable to the heat preservation for interior and exterior walls of various masonry-concrete structure , frame structure and shear wall structure, as well as the wall heat preservation of cellar, garage, stairs without heating provision, corridor, fire passage, and modification works of existing buildings.

The construction of environment: 

Temperature of construction:5°C-35°C, please do not construct in the summer sun and in the big wind day and rain day.

The mixture technique  

The mix ratio of mortar powder to water is 0.85:1, the wet mortar should not be stirred too thin by treater, keep it still for 3 minutes, stir again for using.

Attention

Please add water only when make up the mortar, do not add other aggregates, sands and additive agent. Please use up this product within 2 hours.

Construction technics

Plaster the first layer of mortar on the clean wall, the thickness of it is not less than 10mm, then plaster according to required thickness when the first layer of mortar is dry. Please plaster at twice if the thickness of mortar is more than 30mm, the interval is more than 12 hours.

The construction techinic under heat preservation of coating:

Plaster the mortar with thickness of 2mm on the surface after insulating layer becomes hardening.

The construction techinic under heat preservation of tile

First, plaster the crack-resistant mortar with thickness of 3mm on the surface after insulating layer becomes hardening, then spread out one layer of steel wire gauze, next, fix the steel wire gauze by using of anchoring nails, finally, plaster a layer of crack-resistant mortar again, paste the tiles after the mortar become drying.
