Our office and workshop covers over 3000 square meters, equiped with 5 excluding tube production lines and 3 consuming electronics assembling lines. All the production equipments/testing instruments over 50 pieces (sets). We set up and implement quality management system strictly according to international standard ISO9001:2008.

1.Question: How could I get samples?
Answer:We wouldn't supply free samples before we have a deal. However:we often offer free samples to our long relations buyer

2.Question: How can I get your price list?
  Answer: Please send us your email or fax for our price list and order information.

3.  Question: do you accept sample order or small order?
    Answer: yes, accept. We have colleagues to sever you according to the buyers

4.Question: Warranty& After-Service

   Answer:

We provide 1 year warranty . If the item is defective, please sent back to us, we will repair or replace new one for you. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending back. We are responsible for the shipping cost to the buyer.
Noted:
We will charge the extra costs if the broken made by the consumers, beyond quality issues, please see the detail:
1) it is defective but opened  personally or parts were changed
2) for scratch, broken, corrosion and immerse
3) over the warranty date
4) not produced by us.
We can replace new to you if come to the inquiry. you find the quality issues when you check goods face to the courier , we will change new ones without excuse when you send back the previous ones
