Production flow:

1. molding: The total output is related to the mold quantity. The more molds, the larger daily output. MOQ for OEM product is 5pcs.

2. trimming: Workers finish the coating after foaming. Also, due to the technology problems, it may have some tiny holes on the products. Workers will fill the holes. Usually, common pu cars and pu balls won't have this problem.

4. printing: In most case, pad printing machine is used to print simple one color logo
