Working Process

Firstly, the raw material is put into furnace, and then seal the feed inlet system.

Secondly, burned the fuel material ( coal, wood, natural gas or oil) in the combustion system. The reactor will slowly heat, when the temperature reach around 250 degree celsius, it will produce oil gas. Oil gas will be processed by our technology, then gone to cooling system to cold liquid oil. The gas which can not be liquid under normal pressure, which will be send back to combustion system to instead the fuel material to burn the reactor, this also can save energy very much. After finished oil produce, the temperature of reactor will be down, at the same time, carbon black will be discharged automatically.

Lastly, when the temperature fall to 100 degree celsius, worker could open the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire, and then can start to another batch working.

Device composition

Characteristics

now researching into the new technology; the new device may be able to deal with 50 tons of raw materials per 24 hours.

4.Energy and manpower saving -

 The plant can use coal as well as wood as the fuel, when the temperature reaches 150°C, a large amount of gases will be generated, these gases can generate a large quantity of heating energy after being burned fully in the special gas boiler,

 thus can save energy. There will only need two or three persons to control the whole system, and it is very convenient

 5,Longer life :

 use Q245R special steel plate ,thickness 14mm-16mm. the life will be 5 years
