XT-SLX High-speed Electronic Granules-counting Bottling Production Line

Introduction

This production line based on the current domestic packing line adopts the design of separating the main machine from the conveyor belt. All the machines which connected by one conveyor belt get over the problem of adjusting difficulty and turn over the bottle easily. The automatic rejection system for faulty products improves the production efficiency. Meet “GMP” requirement.

XLP-200 High-speed Bottle Unscrambler   SJC-212 4D Multi-channel Electronic Counting Machine   BSZ-200High-speed Paper Inserter   XCX-200 High-speed Capping Machine   KF-01B Induction Sealing Machine   XTB-200 High-speed Self-adhesive Machine.

BP-200 is applied widely including tables, capsules, soft capsules and transparent products in different size which is one of earliest and most efficiency bottling line in China.
