Q1:How to order?

We will have a number for each product,please choose the number you want and 

tell me the quantity by sending email to us, we will make a proforma invoice for you,

when your payment is done, we will immediately ship the goods to you. 

Q2:Have any concern about our MOQ?

We're looking for long-term cooperation,we would like to work with you in a more creative and flexible business cooperation,so the MOQ is negotiable.

Q3:When will it be delivered? Express? 

We will ship the goods within 72 hours after your payment is done. Our delivery term is

by DHL/EMS/UPS/FedEx.Most customers will choose DHL,because it is fast and safe. It 

will be to your country about 4-5 days,and you can ask delivery requirement.

Q4:Have any question about our quality? 

Usually,we can send you some free sample for you to check the quality first before order confirmed,if need.But the shipping fee should be at your own expense.

Any customized order is warmly welcome.Send us pictures or your layout the size and materials.We will check and make the sample as per your request.

Q6:What can i do if there is quality problem?

1)Take photos of the problems and send to us

2)Take videos of the problems and send to us

3)send back the physical problem fabric by express to us

After we comfirm the problems,such as caused by machine,dyeing,etc.Within three days,we draw up the datisfied program for you.
