1.Q: Can I get a free sample for presentation and quality test?

   A: Sample cost is needed if it is the first time cooperation, but it is refunderable.

2.Q: What is the sample time? 

   A:For stock sample, it would be delivered within 1 day since we receive your deposit.

      For production sample, it would be arround 3 to 5 days.

3.Q: Which delivery method can I choose from?

   A: There are sea transport, by air express and courier you can choice from.

4.Q: I want to put my logo on the mug, is that possible?

   A: Yes, we can provide laser, silk screen,  heat- transfer, according to the logo you want.

   Q: Can I get special packing?

   A: Yes, we can provide the packaging design according to customer' instruction and our former experience.

5.Q: Can I use my shippment agent in China?

   A: Sure, we will send your product to the warehouse.

6.Q: What kind of product are you specialized in?

   A: Mugs, bottles, flasks, cups, etc.
