lifting system:

Our lifting system of  stadium lighting is the most advanced in China 

         1.Latch barrel with inner mounting bracket locker is mounted to an underside of the mast-top pulley assembly. 

Furthermore, all steel cables are not exposed and more effectively protected.

         2.Latching mechanism latched on steering arms is able to release strain on steel cables when in the operation position. 

The process of latching on and off is stable and without vibration. 

         3.The bumper is designed on the luminary mounting bracket for avoiding direct damage between mast-top assembly and the raising luminary mounting bracket.

         4.The leveling device for luminary support bracket is easy to operate and convenient to adjust level.

         5.Special designed red-flag indicator has obvious visual effects and reflects actual situation of latching operation.

Production details:

Before shipment ,we have a final inspector manager to check the high mast products on every detail and component to make sure all stadium lighting meet the drawing.

Galvanization Test:

In every production procedure of stadium lighting. we have our isnpector around to check whether stadium lighting pole was done accrodingly with the drawing .

Production Process:

As an BV ,ISO ,SGS approved supplier in China ,we have more than 20 years produce and export   stadium lighting ,and we can assure the  stadium lighting pole we offerd is of sound quality which made from qualified material with our professional workers and advance equipment .

Material Test:

1.All of our material of  stadium lighting are purchased from fanous mill factory to assure the quality of stadium lighting .

2.A mill certificate issused by the mill factory with stamp and signaturer must be provided beofere unload the material in 

our factory ,otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material for stadium lighting pole.

3.Before put into high mast production ,all the material must pass the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that

stadium lighting have meet the requested strength and component for stadium lighting pole.

Packages:

Our stadium lighting as normal cover by Mat or straw bale at the top and bottom ,anyway also can following by client required , each 40HC or OT can loading how many pcs will calculation base on the client actually specification and data.

Trade terms:

1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

The price includes pole shaft, base plate, cross arm and anchor part.

Shipping seaport: Shanghai Seaport. For FOB, CFR or CIF price, please specify which exact model you need, and tell us your order quantity so  that we can calculate the local transport charges and sea freight.

3. Payment: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
