Is the watch waterproof in any way?

The watch is not waterproof. It is water resistant, which means water spilled on its surface will not damage it.

How long does the battery last between charges under normal usage?
It lasts about 48 hour for one charge.

Will there be apps/other watchfaces to download like the pebble?
Yes. That is the plan.
We do have different watchfaces.
Apps are being developed and will be driven by users' demand

Could I plug in my earphones, as during phone call I want to keep it private?
There is no socket for plugging in an earphone. However you can connect a Bluetooth earphone to the watch.

Can I check emails on the watch?
No. The watch does not support checking emails.

Minimum 1,000 times.

No. Currently the watch does not support stop watch functionality.

The exercise tracker is not associated with GPS location currently.

What type of battery does it take? Is it rechargable, or is a watch type battery?
It is a Nickel–hydrogen battery and rechargeable.

How to recharge the battery in the watch
The watch can be charged through a micro-usb cable via a standard USB port.
