UHMWPE sheet has the feature of self-lubricating, so it's surface is very smooth, which is very suitable for skating rink, and it also has great impact resistance, so it can be used for a long time as skating rink without broken. 

Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a molecular weight larger than 1.5 million engineering thermoplastics, which is known as "amazing new engineering plastics" ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene,gathered a variety of excellent performance:

1. Highest wear resistance among plastics, five times higher than the PA66, seven times than carbon steel, 27 times than brass, and exceeds some metals;

2.Best impact strength, which is about two times than the PC, 5 times than ABS.It can maintain high toughness under liquid nitrogen temperature (-196 °C); 

3. Self-lubricating: dynamic friction factor is half of PA66 and POM's ;

4. Has excellent low temperature resistance performance: its embrittlement temperature is below -70 °C;

5. Impact energy absorption value in the highest value of all plastics, silencer works well;

6. Highly chemical stability, it can resist various acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive media and organic solvents in a certain range of temperature and concentration;

7. Completely non-toxic and health,it can be used in contact with food and drugs;

8. Smallest Density among all the engineering plastics, 56% lighter than PTFE;

9. Excellent electrical insulating properties and excellent machining performance.
