   For LED Display modules, we can provide you one year warranty and life-span maintenence.

   For important project, if in need, we can also dispatch our engineer to teach and help you install the screen and operate the software. 

   If possible, you can also send your engineer learn how to operate the software and install the screen in our company. 

 1. May I know the Minimum order for your products: 

        For our products, no limit for the size of the screen, but generallay speaking, one screen the dots more than 50000 dots will be clear for the audience to see the video on the screen. 

       For the LED Display modules, we accept you buy samples. 

  2. How long time I can get the cargos? 

      For LED Displays Our production time is about 15~18 working days;

      For the modules, just need 3 working days. So after we get your deposit we can send modules to you within 3 working days.

      When we confirmed the order, after we get your deposit, we can start production, we will update the production details in time; Before finish, we will notice you and after we get full payment, we can delivery the goods to you. 

      About the time from start port to destination, that depends on the distance and the state of the sea company or airport company.

  3. May I know the package details? 

      For our product, generally we can provide you package by Plywood case or Flight case.

     For the LED Display modules, we will packed by strong and durable carton or plywood case.
