Product Structure Composition Analysis 

1.UV Surface Treatment:UV treatment is a kind of way of using epoxy resin for surface strengthening treatment,which can play a role in anti pollution and effective absorption of ultraviolet,enhance the wear resistance,delay aging and easy cleaning.

2.Wear Layer:Material of wear layer is pure PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride Resin),the floor layer to prevent scratches in the long-term use,waterproof and so on.

3.Printed layer:The printed layer is arranged under the wear-resisting layer,keep the product pattern color gorgeous.

4.Vinyl Layer:The material is mixture of pve+powder+plasticizer+stabilizer.

5.WPC Bottom:The material is a mixture of CaCO3 powder+pure pvc+foaming agent+stabilizer.
