 9. How do I control kamado teperauture ?

You can control temperature by controlling the amount of air that enters and exits the kamado grills. Our kamado grills have a vent at the bottom of the kamado and a vent at the top of the kamado. Both vents are adjustable in some way so that you can precisely control the airflow. By controlling the airflow, you can control the temperature to within a few degrees. Normally, The bottom vent we use for general temperature control. The top vent we use for fine adjustment.

10.Will your kamado surface be very hot when cooking?

No. you can touch the outside of our kamado when it's going, and you won't burn your fingers. They are safety for small children
