XFY  honey filling and capping machine

After our strive, and based on your coffee granule, we have developed the dosing and filling machine at the speed of 50-55 bottle/min. it is the 3 + 3 multi head weigher and double head filling machine, and there are the dust cycle device at the weighing and filling process, and the line is also working with the bottle feeder, capping machine, paste labeling machine, etc. We are sure that the new line is much better not only on the speed but also on the quality compare with the previous one.

Station method: The sensor or the travel switch will control the bottle to move or stop, and it is connect with the control system of the weighing machine, when the bottle stop, the weighing machine will begin to fill the material.

The function of the whole set machine:

Bottle feeder—coffee feeder—weighing machine-- station filling machine—cap feeder—capping machine

Filling range: 50-200g (according to requirement)

Application: round bottle or jar.

 Weighing machine

This weighing machine is a newest product special designed for powder, granule and crystalloid, such as chicken powder, monosodium glutamate, sugar, glucose, coffee, etc. with advanced technology, the machine overcomes many shortcomings such as low speed, complex operation and etc. Showing in the picture as ground configuration, this machine is made of stainless steel 304 except for electric motor, meet for GMP requirement.
