Equipment constitution:
IXPE Production line consist of Pelletizing system, Extruding system, Irradiation system, Foaming system, Convert system and so on.
Principle
At first, mix LDPE and other functional mother grain which have been palletized together, extrude by extruding system, irradiated by High frequency electron accelerator, then send the plate to foam oven, This vertical foam oven can produce thick 0.5~3.5mm IXPE foam material. This material can be applied in the field of adhesive tape automobile packing and so on.
The structure of XPE foam material is independent hole enclosure structure, it has the function of heat preservation and heat insulation. Meanwhile it features with noise reducing ,water proof. And it has the properties of heat resistance, anti aging and environmental protection and its coil shape and lamination features, so this product can be widely used in central air conditioning project, pipe project, large container, advanced composite layer; bag lining, packaging of integrated circuit board, sole of advanced sports shoes, cushion and heat insulation for car, decoration material, floating material and single or double coat adhesive tape and so on.
