Computer-controlled panel operating methods:

 

a. Open the back steam box, put the products into it, Chinese medicina is suggested to be packed then put in. Fill in enough water to the machine. The spa can be connected water pipe outside, or directly fill in water. Switch on the power, press On the creepage switch, turn On the computer-controlled panel, the screen will display the seting time and current interior temperature.

 

1. Time/Temperature adjustment button: Press the Time adjustment by UP or Down, the screen will show time flash. Press ‘+’ or ‘-‘ to adjust the time. Normally 20 to 30 minutes. Press the Temperature adjustment by UP or Down, the screen wil show temperature flash. Press ‘up’or‘down’to adjsut the temperature. Normally 40 to 50 centigrades.

1. FM/CD: Press this button, the FM works, press again, CD works, CD should be connected outside, this machine is equipped with the CD input port. Press the button again, FM and CD functions both off.

1. Frequency/Chanel adjustment: to adjust the frequency of the broadcasting station. If continuous pressing it over 2 seconds, can directly enter the automatic searching.

1. Light/Spectrum button: Press this button, light on or the spectrum on, press again, then light off or spectrum off.

1. Sterilizing: Press it, to start the function of sterilization. At this moment, be sure not to sit in the spa equipment.

 

Warnings

 

1. There shall be a strict check on the water entrance system, the steam pipeline, power box and the electric line. The machine can only be used without water shortage.
2. The main steam engine and the power box can not be installed in a bathroom, and the main steam engine shall be installed vertically as shown by an arrow on its outer cover.
3. The inner diameter of the steam pipeline shall be above 15mm. Do not fix a valve at the steam exit.
4. Do not connect this machine with other electric appliances not recommended by the firm, and do not take apart the hermetic sealed lines or the line full of electricity from the power box or pull in or out the plug-in units.
5. A drainage pipeline shall be fixed to drain away the water from the main steam engine, and it’s better to add a water filter before the water entrance to increase more service life .
6. In hard watered area, the steam generator shall be regularly descaled. Usually, it shall be checked every three months and descaled. The following ways of descaling are permissible: use citric acid about 5~10 grams to be diluted with warm water about 1.4 liter, take apart the pipeline with the steam exit of the main engine, put citric acid into the main engine from the steam exit, then get the steam pipeline connected, stay over 60 minutes heat the engine for 30 minutes and then stop to get the left water in the machine out.
7. The line from the power box shall be plugged according to the digit capacity and the size. Do not make any short circuit.
8. The steam engine shall be installed by the qualified and authorized technical persons.

This firm shall not be responsible for bad consequences due to any incorrect operation instructions listed above.

AFTERSALES SERVICE

 

We will guarantee the quality of our equipment, normally there is no quality problem

 

1. If there is a deficiency, please email or call us on the reasons, it would be best if this can be dealt with by email or telephone. Because some of the problems are caused by using the machine in a wrong way.
2. We suggest the client to take photos of the area where the problem occurs, we will pass them to our technician , our technician will give a satisfactory answer within 1-7 working days
3. If the problem comes from the spare part, we could consider in changing the spare part for our client, which could be sent with his/her next order. If the next order is uncertain, we could pay freight cost to send the spare parts.
4. If the problem comes from the main device, we could advice our client to post the device back to our company for repair by ordinary post, or we could re-send a new one to our client. If the cost of posting the problematic device back to JIMY is more than the value of a new device, JIMY would take it into consideration, according to the actual status, apply to re-send a completely new device back to our client.
5. If the inferior equipemnt very big or expensive, not convenient to send back by post office, we will give you an appointed Hongkong place, you can send Hongkong first. Jimy will ask a cooperated forwarder to take it back. Jimy will pay all charges from Hongkong to our office. Once we check the equipment is the quality inferior, we also agree, in your next order, to deduct the freight from the customer’s office to Hongkong if you fax or email us relevant shipping reciept and invoice.
6. Please make sure, if you send the inferior one to us by air etc. without any advanced notice, Jimy will not pay relevant air freight and custom fee.

REMARKS

1. The term of maintaining guarantee is a year from the date of purchasing according to the receipt. (Expendable is not included in it.) Others not included in maintaining guarantee or over the time, we also supply to maintain and renew but need charges. Please contact with the dealer if need change of purchasing the parts and easily expendable products.  
2. We won’t supply maintaining guarantee if troubles as below:

a)          Disassembling the machine by self;

b)          Fall it without caution;

c)          Lack of reasonable keeping and protect;

d)         Not operate according to the user manual.
