Specifications

The AP8600 is an audio enhancement processor with SRS Labs' 3D technology that creates a realistic three-dimensional sound image and restores the multitude of spatial cues present in a live listening environment.

AP8600 includes an input multiplexer, a master input volume, treble and bass EQ, and two independent output speaker attenuators. These features are controllable by a serial data I²C- bus, providing flexibility for design purpose.

AP8600 also features power-down mode for all functions to reduce power consumption. It is positioned as a low cost 3D sound effect solution to consumer audio application.
