Feature of our  eps block molding line

EPS Block Molding Machine with Vacuum PSB-2000~8000 is to make EPS blocks. The pipeline set up inside of block moulding machine with vacuum(Horizontal type), adopts PLC and touch screen for controlling the lift and fall of template activity.The elevator size can be adjusted according to the specific data, accuracy and stability, to achieve a multi-purpose machine. Then cut to sheets by cutting machine for using in inner and outer wall, sandwich panel, 3D panel etc. The purpose of using EPS sheets in building is to get heat insulation and sound insulation. 

It has stable performance, big capacity, high automatic and high quality products.

eps block molding line mainly including three main parts:

1.EPS Batch Pre-expander: make PS foam sheet from raw material

2.EPS Automatic Air-cooling Block Molding Machine: make PS sheet to finished products, such as PS foam tray, PS foam box etc (we can design mould according to customer requirements)

3.Cutting Machine: recycle waste products to granules, the can mix with new material and put into PS foam sheet extruder again

A. EPS Batch Pre-expander:

MAIN FEATURES:

1. With PLC programmable controller and touch screen to control the whole working procedure automatically.

2. Use closed expansion chamber and pressure sensor control technology to realize stable foaming pressure.

3. Expansion chamber temperature is controlled by temperature sensor and valve position ensuring accurate temperature control.

4. Vibrating switch control material level to get accurate density, density tolerance less than ±2%.

5. Stainless steel fluidized bed drier keeps inside temperature around 70 ℃.

B. EPS Automatic Air-cooling Block Molding Machine:

MAIN FEATURES: 

1. Adopt high quality steel in the machine and combining with heat treatment to strengthen machine intensity, without changing its shape. It can bear expansibility of high intensity product.  

2. Adopt PLC computer touch screen to realize automatic circulation work ranged from

mold open, mold close, charging, heating, preservation, air cooling, stripping and ejection. 

3. Adopt special aluminum alloy plate in machine cavity, high thermal conductivity, favorable tensile strength and long lifetime. 

4. Adopt advanced molding technique, the machine is applicable to produce blocks of

high-density and low-density and can ensure same quality of inside and outside block

MAIN FEATURES:

1. Adopts high quality rectangle steel pipe which features in reasonable structure, firm, high intension, without deformation. 

2. It is cut by electro thermal wire with smooth cutting mark. 

3. Equipped with horizontal, vertical and block cutting equipment. It is stable movement, precise and adjustable cutting size. Realize three directions cutting.
