Wide Angle lens, visual angle is generally between 60-110 degrees, the focal length less than or equal to 28 mm. It’s one of auxiliary lenses in Photography.

Wide-angle lens means the lens which is directly added on the standard of lens. Its main function is to reduce the focal length of the lens. When we use wide angle lens, we don’t need to do exposure compensation, just keep aperture values the same, but suggest using small aperture shooting, so as to improve image quality as far as possible.

 

The basic characteristic of the wide Angle lens:

1. The visual angle is big; it takes larger scene and exaggerates space;

2. Short focal length, long depth of field

3. Emphasize prospects and prominent contrast near and far film.
