Application:
ASSEN INSULATING OIL PURIFICATION machine adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically. Water, gas, particles and other harmful things will contaminate dielectric strength and insulating performance of transformer oil. Series ZYD insulating oil purification machine combines with unique and advanced vacuum dewatering, degassing components and three grades filtering system for rapidly and effectively separating water, gas, particles from oil. ZYD insulating oil purification machine also can purify switch oil, mutual inductor oil, cable oil, circuit breaker oil, capacitor oil, insulating oil and so on. Features:
1.Based on the high efficient vacuum oil filtration, roots vacuum booster system and secondary high vacuum separation system are added. Which enable the vacuum limit reaching ≤5pa.
2.Being able to remove water and gas and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status ,which achieves satisfactory dryness and could bring the breakdown voltage up to reduces the oil aging problem existing with ordinary purifier as caused by repeated heating.
3.Distinctive removing impurities technology filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without the mechanical power.
4.The advanced infrared level automatic control system. interlocking control foe pressure protection and power heating system ensure long-term safe and reliable operation.
