Assembly method

1.choose an appropriate penis ring (sleeve)of large or medium.

2.Stretch the selected penis ring until it becomes long and wide,and cover it on the negative pressure cylinder ,make adjustment of it to make penis comfortable

3.Spread a small amount of lubricating fluid onto the penis insertion mouth of penis ring

4.Get the suction bulb and insert the suction head into the cylinder air hole

Operation method

1.Hold the negative pressure cylinder with the left hand and keep the head of penis in the penis ring

2.Hold the suction bulb with the right hand and pinch it repeatedly to produce negative pressure,then penis stretches and erects gradually

3.When the penis ring reach the base of the penis,pinch the bulb again for twice or three times to enable the penis fully erect.

4.Then lightly move the ring downward and remove the cylinder to let the penis ring at the base of penis,sexual intercourse can begin.

Notice:

1.If the penis only erect for short time,the ring is too loose,in this case,a smaller one should be replaced.
