1. Can I place mix order?
A: Yes, sure. You can mix color as you want,and at least 20 pieces for one color one model.

2. Can I get discount?

A: Yes. For big order, old customer and frequent customers, we give reasonable discount.

  3. How could I pay the term?

 A: We have Paypal, Western Union and T/T. So just tell us which way easy to you. Then we will send you 

bank details, or as your requirement.

4. How to place an order?

 A: Please send us your purchase order by email or on Skype.

 Or ask us to send you a proforma invoice for you to order.

5. How can the products be send to us.

  A: We use DHL, UPS, EMS, FEDEX. Basically, the transportation depends on customers choice.

• To preserve the beauty of your product, we recommend following these guidelines for its care:                                                                                                                   1. Be careful not to scratch or rub your product against abrasive surfaces;                                             2.Avoid prolonged contact with any materials that may transfer their color pigments onto the patent leather, especially for light-colored Epi products;                                                                                   3.Prevent your product from humidity and keep it away from direct sources of heat(radiators, inside of cars in summer). Light colors are more sensitive to light and could slightly turn yellow;                             4.Epi products, and especially products in “electric” colours, have to be kept away from contact with grease, hand cream, hand sanitizer, make-up and perfume;                                                                     5.If the leather gets dirty or in case of superficial stains on the lining, we recommend that you wipe it with a soft and light-colored cloth. Never use soap or solvent;                                                               6.When not in use, store the article in the felt pouch provided with your purchases.  Do not store in high temperature, high humidity or unventilated areas.
