When the wheel shaped sand washer works, motor drives the impeller slow rotation through the Vbelt,reducers, gear. Sand enters into the tankwasher through the feeding slot, and roll by the driven of gear. Then they grind each other to remove the impurities that cover the gravel surface, and destroy the vaporcoated layer of sand to facilitate dehydration. At the same time, add water to create a water flow, take the impurities and small proportion away timely, and discharge them from the washingtank to complete the cleaning effect. The clean sand is taken away by the blade. At last, sand is poured into the outfeed channel through the turning impeller, and complete the sand cleaning.
